A 16 year old female presents with a purpuric rash on her buttocks, arms and back of legs. The lesions began as erythematous macules. She is complaining of arthralgia and abdominal pain with some bloody diarrhoea. She had a cold about one week ago. On dipstick of urine there is evidence of proteinuria and microscopic haematuria. What is the most likely diagnosis?
