A 38 year old man presents to his GP with headaches. He has been having severe headaches occurring several times a day for a couple of hours (often worse at night) which then settle after a few weeks and recur again. The pain is predominantly around the eye and his eye feels full and he notices it watering and his eye appears red. There is no visual disturbance. What is the most likely diagnosis?
